Brand Identity and Corporate Website for PENTASYS AG

Background and Task

PENTASYS AG is an IT consulting firm that supports clients in their digital transformation and enhances their efficiency and competitiveness through customized software solutions and IT services.

Due to organic growth, the previous website was characterized by a complex navigation structure and a design that was no longer up to date; the new website was intended to place greater emphasis on the individual business units and their services.

Although established as an IT service provider, the scope of services and benefits were not clear to all customer groups. MWIMMERDESIGN was tasked with redesigning the company’s visual identity and corporate website.

The collaboration ran from December 2016 to November 2018.

Procedure

As a first step, existing structures and content were documented and reviewed for relevance.

Missing or incomplete content has been added and organized into a new, flat, and easy-to-follow structure, so that all information is accessible with just two clicks.

Implementation

The optimized structure was implemented in a modern user interface design; portraits of the members of the Executive Board and the heads of the business units convey authenticity and a sense of closeness to customers.

Based on the redesigned website, numerous other communication materials—such as brochures, white papers, and business cards—were adapted to the new visual identity; customer and employee events were also organized in line with the brand.

The results include, among other things, icons for the business units, a flyer for an event, business cards, brochures for individual business units, and the customer magazine “blickpunkte.”
