Is there a designated contact person – and a substitute?
Yes. They even have two designated points of contact (Matthias Wimmer and Christoph Ehlers). Arrangements have been made for covering for each other (during vacations).

That depends on the project and your preferences. We’ll discuss this with you before preparing a specific quote.

We have over 21 years of experience in corporate design and are also well-versed in complex design systems. Thanks to our broad range of services, we understand what matters across different communication channels. We’d be happy to create guidelines for your team.
How do you handle changes?
We handle changes not included in the quote transparently: We estimate the effort and impact on the schedule, and you make the decision. We efficiently bundle minor adjustments.
What timeframes are realistic – and what do they depend on?
That always depends on the scope of the project. When we are awarded the contract, we’ll work with you to set key deadlines and make sure to meet them.
How are rights of use regulated?
The standard usage rights are included in our offers and are granted to you upon payment of the fee. If you are looking for customized solutions, we will discuss this with you before you place your order.
How does the handover/training work?
You will receive all the files we agreed upon in the proposal. If we create a website for you, you’ll receive a brief introduction. If appropriate, we’ll also provide training for your team, either on-site or online. This should also be clarified before we prepare the proposal.
How do we stay within budget?
A clearly defined scope of work, clear coordination meetings, and early prioritization. Changes are approved before implementation.
How easy is it for me to reach you on a day-to-day basis?
Phone, email, video call—quick responses on weekdays, with fixed time slots during project phases. For urgent matters, we’ll get back to you briefly the same day. We don’t use a ticket system; you can always contact us directly on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
